An ever growing number of large companies have B Corp subsidiaries. In some cases they are acquiring companies who are already B Corps, as was the case when GAP acquired Athleta. In other cases, they encourage their subsidiary or recent acquisition to pursue it, as was the case with Coca-Cola and Innocent Drinks.
