What format do you use in the first meeting of a new Teylu?

If you are a new group of people, you could use the The First Teylu Format to:

• Introduce the Members to one another
• Explore shared, Teylu values
• Discuss why the Teylu has formed
• Share any hopes and expectations 

If you have finished one Teylu cycle and are rolling into the first meeting of a new cycle with the same people you don't need to redo this format unless you want to refresh people's thoughts on how it is going so far.

If you are changing the topic, it is sometimes worth spending a session exploring why you have chosen that Topic before you launch into it.
